The two breakfasts we had were delicious with a variety of options to start our days off with a great meal. Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer as there was so much we wanted to do!

Located in Meredith, the Inn is close to many attractions and recreational possibilities.

They provided tons of information on things to do, places to eat, local history, etc. The plated 3-course breakfasts were wonderful and were a great start to each day. We especially enjoyed Annmarie's chocolate chip scones and Tom's banana bread. We were very happy we chose to stay here and would high recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Meredith.

Our room was comfortable, cosy and traditionally furnished. Meredith offers some traditional pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the vibe and location of the Town Docks bar/restaurant. We didn't want to leave!

Restaurants were plentiful in town and there were nice walking trails by the lake. Breakfast was good and included three courses. Coffee was good too :) The only downside is that there is not a separate entrance. The front door is locked and you get a key. We would definitely stay again.

The Inn and neighborhood is very quiet but also close to Mills Falls. I have a bad back so most beds are not comfortable for me but this one was surprisingly very comfortable. I never heard one sound from any other guests. The breakfast was excellent. There was an issue with the room that was quickly and amicably resolved.

The owners (Tom and Annmarie) were so nice and welcoming! Tom checked us in and gave us a little rundown on Meredith and the local places to eat, drink and be merry. I had pre-ordered the cheese and cracker board and asked for it to be set out around 8pm. When we got back from exploring the crackers were waiting and the cheese was in the fridge. The Squire Mountain "Little Tub" of bacon cheddar spreadable cheese was so good as was the rest of the cheese. Tom asked us when we checked in what time we would like breakfast and we picked 9am and it was such a treat! First course was yogurt with granola and blueberries, followed by Tom's family secret banana bread, and finally a sausage and egg soufflé, everything was amazing! Annmarie is a great cook, so bring your appetite. I would highly recommend staying here, it's close to town and such a beautiful area to visit and the Innkeepers really made us feel at home. We're hoping to do a group trip to this location once we can travel safely in numbers. On a final note,... We went for... read more an anniversary trip and they had a vase full of roses waiting for us in the room. Annmarie baked cookies every day and had a tray of them in the lobby. They had tons of suggestions for things to do and were very knowledgeable about the area. And the inn was centrally located so we could explore Meredith on foot without any trouble.
They are also clearly taking coronavirus precautions seriously, and have breakfast set up with tables 6 feet apart. Felt 100% safe at all times.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the Tuckernuck Inn to anyone looking for a couple's trip.
